BÖRGERS Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaft mbB (BÖRGERS Lawyers Partnership with limited liability) specialises in building and real estate law and operates throughout Germany and abroad. Our partnership comprises 21 members and has offices in Berlin, Hamburg, Nuremberg, and Stuttgart. 13 of us are lawyers specialized in building and architectural law and/or tenancy and home ownership law, three in procurement law. Three of our partners are also notaries.
